Take Five with Rebecca Daly
If you know Rebecca Daly, you know she has killer style. Rebecca is the Market Editor at Real Simple and she always pops by our showroom all casual cool in at least one thing we end up obsessing over - CC Skye fringe hobo anyone? We were thrilled when she agreed to let us pick her brain for our Take Five series!

If you could go back and say anything to yourself when you were just starting out, what would it be?
“If you are a good person, and you work really, really hard, everything will be OK.” Magazines are a tough industry to break into, but if you can foster good relationships and prove your dedication and work ethic, you’re already miles ahead of most of your competition.
Name one designer that you recently had your eye on and have watched grow. What do you think they’re doing right?
When the jewelry line Dannijo first came onto the scene a few years ago, they introduced pieces that were stunning, edgy, and new – and that didn’t look like anything else already on the market. They produce a spot-on collection every season that seems to hit every trend while still being recognizably theirs, and that combination has taken them from a two-woman operation to industry darlings.
Who are you currently watching?
I’m loving the line All Saints. I actually can’t walk into that store because it puts me in very immediate danger of maxing out my credit cards.
What’s on your wish list right now?
Rag & Bone cut-off denim shorts and classic flat leather sandals from Isabel Marant. I’m not ready to start thinking about Fall 2012 in my own closet yet, even through we’re shooting it right now.
What are you currently coveting from the SUCCARRA showroom?
I love the organic feel of this La Petite Princesse ring and the subtle edge of these Rebekah Price bangles.
