Dunkin' Donuts, A Love Story
This morning I had an epiphany in the form of a Starbucks Grande Caramel Macchiato. I finally took a good look at the woman depicted on the now infamous Starbucks insignia—a new age rendering of a Siren, who you may remember from perusing “The Odyssey” Spark Notes in ninth grade. She’s the mythical temptress who beckons, in this case, with promises of early morning consciousness.
